Experience Utah rafting at its best on a one-day adventure down the Green River through Split Mountain Gorge. Visit the land of dinosaurs, wild geologic folding and colorful canyon history in Dinosaur National Monument. Challenge class III rapids like Moonshine, S.O.B., Schoolboy and Englesby first encountered and named by famous explorer John Wesley Powell.

    Paddle or Row?

Trips are usually run in paddle rafts, but oar boats can be requested. Both options hold five to eight people plus a guide. Everyone must paddle in a paddle raft and everyone can just hold on in an oar boat. Families with young children or people who are not reasonably active should consider an oar boat.

The Browns Canyon Full Day has it all – exciting white water, spectacular views of Colorado’s tallest mountain range, a delicious deli-style lunch prepared riverside, and a feeling of getting away from the daily grind.

Browns Canyon is our most popular trip and the Arkansas River is America’s most popular whitewater rafting destination for good reason. The character of this section is challenging to seasoned rafters, yet forgiving enough for first time rafters. Most of the large rapids in Browns Canyon are followed by a calm pool of slow moving water allowing an opportunity to either catch a quick breath of fresh mountain air or take a picture of the unique granite rock formations set off against the clear blue Colorado sky.
